Intraoperative skills including prepping, catheterization and IV insertion can be taught using this system.

Appendectomy simulator is designed to replicate the process of performing an open abdominal appendectomy on a patient. This allows students to practice surgical isolation techniques when handling a contaminated specimen. The simulator has on all abdominal tissue layers including skin fascia muscle and peritoneum. This allows instruction and practice of proper surgical counts in the skills laboratory.
