The Lap Sim Insert is used with both the Laparotomy Torso and the Laparoscopy Simulator.
The Insert comes with three replaceable Appendix. All of the components of the Lap Sim Insert are replaceable.
****IMPORTANT****
If you have previously purchased the Bowel Resection, Hysterectomy or Laparoscopy Simulator, you may be able to use the Torso with the Lap Sim Insert.
If the Laparotomy Torso measures 10 1/2 " across the narrowest (waist) point as seen below, the Lap Sim Insert will fit with a minor modification.
The Laparoscopy Simulator should measure 9 3/4" at the narrowest point as seen below.
If the Torso does not meet the above measurements the Lap Sim Insert WILL NOT FIT, and you will need to order the Laparoscopy Simulator and/or the Laparotomy Torso.
